Refund and Returns Policy

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Mandatory Video Evidence Requirement

Before requesting a return:

  • You must record a clear video while opening the package.

  • The video must show the entire unboxing process, including:

    • Shipping label

    • Packaging

    • Product clearly, especially any damage or defect

  • Send this video to us at Necessitynukkad@gmail.com.

  • We will only process your return if the video is genuine and clearly shows the issue.

Returns without proper video proof will not be accepted.


Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Recommended Shipping Method

For valuable items, consider:

  • Using a trackable shipping service

  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable items: flowers newspapers, or magazines

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products, cards, templates


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 5 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post the refund.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at:

We will provide you with the return address.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent once the return is received.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked or shipped directly to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified.
